Another milestone of 9000 signatures has now passed and the supporter number is now marching towards 10 000. What a great success that is but that support is ignored by Ms Holgate. She failed to respond to my further letters as well. This is also the case with her very senior officials.

My fight for justice is for getting the documents involved in the Real criminal activities. Australia Post has failed to supply these to me from June 2006. The documented systemic corruption involving number of past and present employees of Australia Post is a national Public Interest issue as we all own Australia Post because it is a Government Business Enterprise-GBE.

Today I am posting a document to show my current and future supporters about how the Administrative Appeals Tribunal-AAT helped Australia Post by approving the summons applied for by a Corporate Lawyer of Australia Post Mr. S.J. Brotherson. “S” stands for Steve. Mr Brotherson was attending the AAT hearings but was not representing Australia Post. He used to take a back seat and make notes. Mr. Mick Batskos of the business called FOI Solutions based in Melbourne, where Australia Post’s headquarters is located, was hired by Australia Post. He was receiving instructions from Mr Andy Caprackas who was sitting next to Mr Batskos at the hearings in AAT. Mr Caprackas was the Legal Officer and National FOI Officer of Australia Post.

Initially I hired a lawyer but then he failed to follow my instructions therefore I had to terminate him. I represented myself at the AAT.

It is AAT rule that whatever happens at the preliminary conference to settle the matter is NOT admissible at the hearings if the matter is not resolved at the preliminary conferences because that material is not allowed to be used at the hearings. My letters written to my Solicitor are considered privileged documents. To wake up Australia Post my solicitor read part of the letters at the telephone Conference to see if the matter could be resolved as the documented wrongdoings were all very clear.

AAT Senior Member that was appointed to hear this matter was the former Postal Commissioner. She was helping Australia Post from the very start and violated numerous AAT rules to help Australia Post. She did not allow me to cross refer even a single Australia Post employee from a long list provided to her. The matter went on and on for one and a half years and the corrupt conduct of the AAT became unacceptable.

My matter was dismissed for non-attendance at the last two hearings when I made it clear of my wish to change the Tribunal Member hearing this matter because her bias and allowing Australia Post to breach AAT rules all the time became untenable. I needed Audio recordings of the hearings that I did not attend to make an application to remove the Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger from hearing this matter as per AAT rules. I was provided Audio recordings in the past, free of charge, of the hearings that I attended. This time though I was not given audio recordings despite my willingness to pay for the CD which cost $20 at the time. I also went to Commonwealth Ombudsman but they failed to act and dishonestly took the side of the AAT for not giving me Audio recordings of the hearing despite I was the party to the hearings.

Fortunately, the decisions of the AAT are publicly available and not long ago I discovered that the decision by Ms Ettinger has fabricated material included in that decision. This was probably the reason why I was denied Audio recordings.

Australia Post and the Corporate Lawyers of Australia Post were benefited by the unacceptable documented alleged corrupt conduct of AAT Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger. She left AAT some time ago. The corruption to cover up the TRUTH has continued under the leadership of Ms Christine Holgate after Mr Ahmed Fahour-former MD & Group CEO of Australia Post left his 5.6 Million dollars a year job, . My numerous requests to give me a meeting has not  even been acknowledged by Ms Holgate.

Ms Holgate was provided all the links of my matters in AAT and also my matter in the former NSW Administrative Decision Tribunal-ADT where the Police Commissioner of NSW was the respondent. I was seeking documents from NSW Police Force as well which they have not supplied to me. That matter in NSW ADT was dismissed as Out of the Jurisdiction of ADT after it went on there for one and a half years under the ADT Member Ms Linda Pearson. I was told that the adequacy of searches of the documents by NSW Police Force is out of the jurisdiction of ADT. The matter remained unresolved.

Ms Holgate needs to know and understand the current climate that people of this country are fed up to see the highest-level corruption and how the big names in our country are leaving their jobs.

My fight for justice for my family is documented from June 2006 and for Ms Holgate to run away from her responsibility may damage her credibility to remain in office is my view.

I have not given up to fight for justice because the more I went on the more people joined hands to keep the matters covered up and that is an all-time NATIONAL DISGRACE is my view.

Identity theft cover ups in our county needs a Royal Commission is my view. The big names in our country must never get away for the part they have played in this matter remaining unresolved and for contributing to destroy our normal lives from June 2006.

Ms Holgate needs to show leadership and provide me with the REAL DOCUMENTS involved using her authority. TRUTH has enormous powers therefore all the money, manpower and resources that Australia Post wasted so far to cover up the truth will only make matters worse for Ms Holgate is my view.

Your support is our strength and please increase that by spreading the word as one day it could be you or your family member or friend that may face this situation and the corruption will continue if this one is not exposed to stop it.

As this matter with the cover ups has spread like a cancer it may become difficult to understand therefore, I am ready to answer questions from my supporters to clarify any point if they need some additional details.
