The headmaster, SDC CHair, and bursar of Avondale Primary school have managed to destroy the school by bypassing simple procurement policies for their own benefit. The District Office despite receiving several complaints has done nothing, in fact, they have benefited from this. The SDC chair has been brought back by the school admin through a carefully initiated voting process that they controlled to ensure they benefit from his company that gets tenders for every work at school.

Teachers are bullied and scared to say anything for fear of victimization. Nepotism is high with the headmaster's relatives getting jobs at the school. Parents are asked to donate money in order to get a place at the school and asked to sign a paper that says it's a donation but these resources are not accounted for.
