THE ISSUE 

On June 28, 2026 a deeply disturbing event took place in PingPu Village, Jieyang Guangdong, China that brought the entire world to its knees. One of the most extreme cases of animal brutality anyone has ever seen. 

A sweet-natured gentle, stray 2 year old pomeranian dog, affectionately referred to as WangWang, was brutally tortured to death in a prolonged, deliberate attack by thermal gasoline burns after enduring an hour of being impaled with spiked, nail studded sticks. This gouged out her eye. Four young juvenile teen boys coordinated the attack with no accountability and no repercussion. 

 Drug around by the neck with wire, they held her captive so she could not escape during the hour long ordeal. They planted highly flammable fire accelerant paper on her back to further increase pain. During the hour long beatings they continued pouring gasoline on her tiny body to keep the flames burning hot. Beaten, bloodied, blackened and charred, she somehow managed to claw her way to her puppies lying nearby- already gruesomely tortured to death by the teens, in her presence. They continued beating her as she was dying-engulfed in flames and screaming in agony. She thought her pups were alive. Little Wangwang's only motherly instinct was to save them from the monsters, but it was far too late. 

After the incident, coordinated copycat attacks spread village wide in retaliation and rebellion for the world's outrage against them. More torture- more murders. 

Mr. President, Lara Trump, the entire world is enraged and deeply scarred from the video footage we have seen. The four juveniles laughed at and mocked WangWang while they filmed the entire event. 

In the 9/11 Twin Towers tragedy people preferred to jump to their deaths rather than burn alive at temperatures exceeding 1200 degrees celcius. Please understand how horribly Wang Wang suffered. 

We are calling on you to do the right thing for WangWang and her tiny babies, who represent all the beautiful human souls that simply want to be loved and cherished.

 Americans, if nothing else are animal lovers. Please, we beg you, to discuss Chinas reputation as seen on the worlds stage; in regards to its heinous unregulated treatment of companion animals; with Mr Xi Jinping this September. 

We cannot allow civilized societies to continue viciously slaughtering mans best friends for fun, or profit; while presenting a fresh unblemished face to the rest of the world. We cannot as a collective allow animal violence to go unchecked any longer. Animal abusers know they can cause extreme suffering with no legal risk. 

 Beautiful precious animals- mostly kittens and puppies- are being tortured to death-dismembered, burned, electrocuted, disembowled, liquified, stabbed to pieces- right now, as you read this letter. And the entire world is aware. Is this the China Jinping wants the world to see? Is this image a good look for China? 

Many Asian nations are now (or soon to be) outlawing the consumption and sale of  dog meat, but China has no such plan. 

They continue transporting stolen pet cats and dogs to their brutal deaths by truck; from all corners of China - to restaurants and meat vendors in big chinese cities.

 They continue allowing gruesome, pay per view animal torture video rings, on the dark web; with no end in sight. 

They continue shaming, censoring and criminalizing passionate animal activists who are trying desperately to end these vile practices, while protecting the sadistic abusers; as if they were chinese heroes. People who report animal abuse become targets through harassment, retaliation, doxing, personal data leaks, and coordinated online attacks. After WangWang, citizens came together and pooled their money to pay for billboards, large digital TV screens on city block corners, shared petitions, and more... in a desperate attempt to demand China enact animal cruelty laws and show WangWang to the world. 

 Large segments of the Chinese population are disgusted when they see animal brutality such as WangWangs.

China is the only major power in the world with no animal protection laws in place whatsoever. NONE. Tonight hundreds of dogs cats and other small sentient beings will die excruciating deaths at the hands of sadistic abusers. 

We as a human collective demand scrutiny of all civilized nations. Meaningful progress will never happen until every breathing creature, on two three or four legs is seen as equal.

We call on citizens of China and the global community to raise awareness. Advocate for reform and apply peaceful lawful pressure to ensure these things happen.

 Meaningful change requires both internal demand and international attention. Justice for Wang Wang and her puppies must not be delayed or ignored. Now is the moment to stand firmly for compassion, accountability and the protection of ALL vulnerable life. 

We beg you to compel Mr. Jinping push for China's legislative, public-security, education, civil-affairs, and judicial authorities : 

To enact enforceable state wide legislation prohibiting the intentional torture, poisoning, grievous injury, and murder of Chinas companion and stray animals. 

And, treat juvenile animal cruelty cases as serious misconduct requiring investigation, psychological assessment, rehabilitation, or prosecution if applicable. Jieyang police must enforce official directive Document # 153 and prosecute the four teenagers accordingly. Age shall no longer be a shield for immunity. 

The continual premeditated torture and global outrage over China's lack of animal welfare legislation, has lit a fire in every compassionate human being alive. We demand reform because what is happening is profoundly and morally unacceptable- a violation of basic ethical standards shared across humanity. This is not civilization advancing, this is a moral lag.
