Kush needs to learn a lesson. He told a freshman student to kill herself over a joke. She deals with severe anxiety. Suicide is not something to joke about. He needs to be suspended or even expelled.  He also threatened to have his “gang” pull up on her. If he doesn’t get punished he will not learn and he will end up doing it again.
