Our school dress code is strict. Shorts, skirts and dresses must reach the knee, and holes in jeans cannot be above the knee. Countless students have been sent to ISS due to wardrobe malfunctions, some so minor. Cheerleading skirts go way above the knee, and even go above the mid thigh. I started this to not change the Cheerleading uniforms, but to not allow them to wear them during school. If I cannot show an inch above my knee in English because its distracting, why can a Cheerleader show off their whole upper thigh and it be considered "School Spirit" and "Okay".
