Are you having issues topping up your Arriva Connect Card?

The Issue

Are you having regular problems topping up / buying bus tickets using the Arriva Connect Card app?  Are you fed up having to ring Arriva Customer Services every week for the problem to be 'fixed', only for the issue to happen again next week?  Are you fed up being told its only an issue with your card / account?  Are you fed up worrying about whether your child will be allowed on to the bus whilst your card fault is fixed?

The purpose of this petition is to provide those impacted by this issue with a voice, to illustrate to Arriva (and Medway Council) the number of customers being impacted by this issue, with the ultimate aim of forcing Arriva to introduce an alternative system, which works reliably and effectively.

In addition to the above, ideally this petition will also result in customers being able to have access to a more user friendly system, which offers more ticket buying options when buying tickets alongside the Medway Youth Pass, perhaps monthly, termly or annually.  

This issue has been ongoing for at least 12 months and its time that Arriva recognise the current system is flawed and beyond repair and that a more holistic and customer friendly solution is needed.
