City of San Francisco: FIRE & ARREST Sgt. Brian Stansbury!

The Issue

We, the Undersigned, OPENLY petition this office(s) to FIRE & ARREST Sgt. Brian Stansbury of the San Francisco Police Department for the clear and blatant violation of the civil and human rights of two private citizens and the clear violation of, "Attorney Client Privilege" when approaching and questioning two private citizens at the Hall of Justice in the City of San Francisco this past Tuesday.

These two private citizens were exiting a courtroom along with their attorney, a San Francisco Public Defender--Attorney Jami Tillotson, Esq., when a plain clothes detective, with the San Francisco Police Department, approached the citizens and their attorney and began to question them openly about a case or cases of reported burglary in the area.

The detective, Sgt. Brian Stansbury, was asked, politely and respectfully, by Attorney Tillotson, to not delay or question, openly, her clients, and that an appropriate time would be set aside for that to be done, but when Sgt Stansbury persisted and then attempted, initially, to take pictures of Attorney Tillotson's clients, after she insisted, again politely and respectfully, for the Sgt. not to do that, he arrested her, on the spot, for, "resisting arrest and interfering in an ongoing investigation". It was then that Attorney Tillotson's clients were photographed and questioned anyways, openly, while Attorney Tillotston was removed, by force-more or less, by five uniformed police officers with the SFPD at Sgt. Stansbury's direct orders for them to do so.

To that end we call upon the Mayor of, City Council for and the Police Chief of San Francisco to FIRE and ARREST Sgt. Brian Stansbury for a clear and demonstrably blatant violation of the civil and human rights of both the clients of, private citizens of the greater San Francisco area, and the rights of Attorney Jami Tillotson, again a San Francisco Public Defender, forthwith.

The Citizens of San Francisco, both public as well as private, need to know that their civil as well as human rights are and will be protected by representative governance at all times, without cause, exception or fail!

FINALLY, the Citizens of San Francisco, both public as well as private, need to know that we do indeed still live in a Democracy and not a Police State, as was clearly demonstrated this past Tuesday by San Francisco's finest.

Thank you, and we await your response in action!
