Covid 19 cases are not completely evacuated as of now in India.Many European Countries are facing a second wave of the Corona Virus.

We do not want the schools and colleges to reopen.The cases will definately rise,and if they do so and it will be too late to control as the virus can easily spread via contact in places like the schools and colleges.
