Dear Sir, 

There are at least 51000 children as on May, 2011 (the number is assumed to be more than 60000 as of now) begging on streets of our National capital city Delhi. 
We came across news titled "Delhi government to rehabilitate children begging on streets" published in Hindustan Times (Aug 16, 2015) but there is nothing actual on ground till now, children can be seen begging with torn clothes and even without clothes on almost every Gali-nukkad of Delhi (from connaught place to any interior area of capital city).
Each and every child in Delhi has equal rights for basic amenities like food, clothes, home, education and love to other children in Delhi. Many of these children are forced to beg by their parents or by super active gangs, while others do not have any identity and are without shelter, food, clothes.

Sir, as you put yourself as leader of common and poor men, we request you to please make some very strict rules for child begging and make a concrete plan with food, clothes, education and proper rehabilitation for every child begging of Delhi streets.

 Sir, we assure you, action on the matter will be seriously praised by whole nation and will also be an example for rest of states in India, we can move to heads of other sates after an example set by you.
