I met Mr. ANTHONY Webb approximately

11 years ago while we were both incarcerated at California Health Health Facility. And over the years I have personally witnessed the positive change he have made in his life.He mentored and encourage other people to do better. He have a strong relationship with God and he love sharing his faith with other people.He learned trades and pursued collage courses to better himself. He is no longer that same person he was when he was first incarcerated. He's accountable for his actions. If given the opportunity Mr. Webb will be a asset to the community.
