For over a decade, Kenneth Lance Carroll has been a dedicated coach and mentor, shaping young athletes into responsible, hardworking individuals. His unwavering commitment to guiding youth—both on and off the field—has made a lasting impact on our community. Through his leadership, he has instilled values of perseverance, accountability, and teamwork, helping students grow into better athletes and, more importantly, better people.

Denying Kenneth this opportunity contradicts the very lessons we strive to teach our young athletes—that hard work, responsibility, and self-improvement lead to success. We believe in supporting those who dedicate themselves to making a positive difference, especially those who have shown a commitment to growth and mentorship.

We respectfully urge the Walton County School District to reconsider its decision and allow Kenneth Lance Carroll to continue his invaluable work mentoring and coaching the youth of Freeport.
