I'm choosing to make this petition in behalf of the Emergency Responders, Tow Truck Drivers, and Utility workers that get struck by vehicles traveling on a public road way. Trying to get research on what the ratio or % of how many (First Responders/Utility Workers) get hit by vehicles every single day; the answer is really unclear at this time, but "An average of 24 emergency responders including tow providers are struck and killed by vehicles while working at the roadside each year – meaning someone in this line of work is killed, on average, every other week." This petition is to get the message across the board for all the 50 States that have the "Slow Down, Or Move Over Laws". Currently the only place/state in the US is Washington D.C. that does not have that law into affect. 
    This petition is getting shared and pushed out for all workers in the job fields that are currently working or have worked in the fields before knowing the danger of the jobs and how they relate to others. This petition will be pushed for anyone to share and get this petition signed for the US people that do a very dangerous job everyday of the year. To a company it is just a person doing the job(s), to us it is a life that we choose between life and death 110%.
