Move all the coaching institutes to a new better location for UPSC coaching .

This petition is instigated from recently happened deaths in Raus IAS  due to water logging, another death of aspirant due to electrocution, suicides due to landlord's rent pressure, financial pressure etc. 

Problems with current areas(old rajendra nagar & mukherjee nagar) are like 

• Bad infrastructure, old buildings.
• No cleanliness .
• High rent for small/sharing rooms with hardly any service.
• Rude behaviour of landlords .
• Purse/wallet snatching from students . 
• No police booth in the market.

What could be the possible solution -

• New area with better infrastructure facilities  for coaching(under proper regulation)
• Rent controlled hostel/room facilities for aspirants 
• Something like Special Education zones with less tax and more maintenance by the government.
• Police booths in the areas and regular patrolling at night . Keep a check on purse/wallet snatching
