On January 14, 2020, Mr. Moretz publicly insulted fellow township residents during the Planning Commission Meeting "No Vote" and called concerned tax-paying residents the "minority," now with over 850 solar opposition signatures in hand.

During the August 26, 2020, Injunctive Relief hearing, NextEra attorney offered to secure another larger venue for future conditional use hearings, but again, Mr. Minority desires to restrain public outcry and cloak any project transparency, denying due process and constitutional freedoms under right to assembly.

Way to go Minority Dan, you really are a 2nd class used-car salesman or that kid in a candy store that wants his candy bar, while needing to do some solar situps.  

Residents of Mt Joy Township plan to fight this "solar sham" for years in court, if necessary, so take your corrupt and unethical project elsewhere...
