During the last injunction relief hearing on August 26th representing 825 plus residents in solar opposition, Brookview Attorney Paul Minnich indicated some lip-service "indulgence" to find another hearing venue for September hearings, which would allow all party-status members to be able to attend in-person?
Obviously, neither NextEra nor Mt Joy Township wants to have real "public" hearings with in-person participation, because this "solar sham" has been a big township secret since 2016 and need to keep it that way...
