During most recent August 27th--"rigged" solar hearing(s), Township Solicitor Smith and Chairman Gormont worked in "unison" with NextEra Solar Attorney to attack Pa Certified Litigation Appraiser/first witness of the 800 plus opposition group. 

It was very apparent from their body language, biased questioning, and constant interruptions/distractions that Solicitor Smith who works for the pleasure of the Board is one of Gormont's puppets and neither is representing the interests of the township majority--ethically, morally, or legally.

Either way, the opposition group will not stop fighting against township efforts to exclude the public, while embracing the solar sham with local corruption and if this conditional-use application is approved, the solar company and township can expect years of legal appeals.

January 2022 township reorganization without GUS (Gormont, Updyke, Susan) simply can't come soon enough...
