It’s been announced that the Morrisons Store in Shirley is earmarked for closure.

Your local Councillors representing Shirley East Ward Karen Grinsell, Annette Mackenzie and Mark Parker have launched a petition calling on Morrisons to rethink their plans and keep the store open. 

Morrisons plays an important part in the local retail economy having been on the high street for the past 14years. 

We now need as many people as possible to sign the petition or write directly to Morrisons urging them to keep this store open and help it remain at the heart of our community offering value and choice to all its customers. 

Sign the petition which will be presented to the management of Morrisons and write to Customer Services WM Morrisons, Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD3 7DL.
