Sharon, MA currently struggles with access to other towns, our main transit is the MBTA train tracks, being severely limited by its one straight track, we plan to extend the bus routes of bus 716, this bus only extends to Cobbs Corner - Mattapan Station in Canton, by stretching the route across Sharon, it provides more options for transit for people that don't have access to cars, such as teens, they are easily able to use the bus, which would add on to transportation of the MBTA train. Right now, the issue at hand creates obstacles for young teens who struggle with obtaining rides to other towns that don't have the MBTA train route passing through them.
