Update: Our BOE met Monday, September 13 in a closed session, only to cancel the public portion of the meeting. No definitive details have been released regarding the new meeting time and location, but it is anticipated it could be this coming Thursday, September 16. Updates will be posted as information becomes available. Please continue sharing the petition to let our voices be heard. 

Our School Board is meeting on August 2 and August 9 to decide if our children will be allowed to begin their school year mask free. Our students have spent their entire summer mask free. They will leave school at the end of the day and live life mask free. They do not need to spend their school days in masks! Based on general observations this summer, the majority of adults are also living mask free both indoors and out.

Any adult or child who feels more comfortable attending school in a mask should be free to do so. However, the other side should also have the right to choose not to wear one.
