Request to stop banning Mobile Legends Bang Bang gaming accounts that belonged to specific regions.

Recently, MLBB has announced servers and accounts belonging to five countries, Iran included, will be shut down and deleted without any clarification and compensation. Due to the privacy policy and terms of agreement of the game, this decision is both illegal and unfair. An application cannot delete its users’ accounts without any security concerns or other violations of policies. We are sure that you understand how these policy changes affect users negatively and disappoint them to a great extent. We want to sincerely ask you to take these effects into account before implementing this new policy. Moreover, the procedure regarding the recognition of the region of account owners is flawed; the IP is registered based on the location where an account is made, which does not consider the probability of creating an account in a country being visited by a tourist, and it does not take into account immigrant owners as well. This will let these players, who might have spent so much money and time on this game, down because of this illegal and unfair decision.

Dear Moonton, we can understand you have been under pressure to do so, and it has been difficult for you to make this decision. Still, we are asking you to stop this decision of illegally deleting players accounts with this seemingly defective procedure of locating owners. We want you to consider alternatives to this policy of deleting accounts. These alternative are already being adopted in the same situation by other companies and applications such as Activision Company or even your team in India.
