I contacted Professor Domenico Losurdo last week, to which he responded a few days ago. In it, he stated that he was "grateful for the appeal" and told me to get in contact with Roland Boer, who also offered kind regards to this plan! We just need someone to publish this. Monthly Review is no doubt the forerunner, but there could be a couple of other publishers in mind as well.
