We Home Owners of Montego Bay Sub Division Kissimmee Florida are petitioning to remove all the three current Board members from our Home Owners Association from receipt of this petition.

The community will present this petition to the Board to call a special meeting to remove Board members according to our community bylaws

We  the Homeowners of Montego Bay Kissimmee Florida 34746 are looking to remove the current Board members  of Home owners Association.

1, Lower the Home Owner Association yearly Assessment of dues

2, Let the Members of Montego Bay Association have say and vote changes  and additions to Montego bay.

3. Control spending of the Board, and more accountability what are money is spent on. 

4. have regular meetings to be kept  informed on Montego Bay homeowners and News letter.

Section 720.303(10)((a)1. of the Florida Statutes provides that a member or members of
the a homeowners’ association’s board of directors may be removed by a vote of the
majority of the association’s voting interests. The statute also provides that the recall
may be without cause. This means that the homeowners seeking the recall do not have
to provide a reason for recalling a director. The homeowners simply have to follow the
procedures of the statute and applicable administrative rules. Homeowners may recall
a member or members of their board by a vote at homeowner meeting or by written
recall agreement.
