At Monte Vista High School, the students have faced some questionable decisions by its front office. The student section was stripped of assets utilized for supporting our football team, harmless Instagram accounts are being removed, even Internet trolls are being investigated more than the reoccurring acts of hateoin campus. Many of the seniors, including myself, have realized that our year could be taken from us at any moment. It is in my best interest to advocate on behalf of the Monte Vista students and request some leniency, we want to have a great 2021. The students are frustrated with the current priorities of the administration and hope they direct their attention to prevalent issues taking place at Monte Vista. We the students are an essential component working towards the betterment of the school, and feel we deserve the respect to be granted an opportunity to discuss how to make Monte Vista better than it has ever been.

 This year is such an incredible opportunity that we wish not to take it for granted. This is intended to be no attack, simply a request to cooperate with the students to ensure we have a great year. I humbly request the Monte Vista staff take this into consideration in hopes of making school more enjoyable for our students. Thank you for your time
