On July 23 a well known television personality, Tucker Carlson, was affronted by Dan Bailey in a Livingston fly shop. Carlson urged Bailey to refrain in front of Carlson's young daughter but Bailey continued to verbally assault Carlson in front of other fishing patrons and Carlson's young daughter, also stating that he didn't care about Carlson's young daughter hearing him. This is all captured on video. The Montana board of outfitters holds it's licensed guides to a higher standard of courtesy and respect for the general public. This behavior is unacceptable by anyone, let alone a licensed guide and representative of Montana's guides and outfitters. Dan Bailey's guide license should be terminated by the board.
