Carti is possibly the most talented artist we’ve seen since Michael Jackson. Carti is the modern day Michael Jackson to be quite honest with you. Carti coming to MHS to perform the National Anthem before a Cheesemaker Basketball game will give MHS widespread attention, and would change the lives of those who attended the event in person. Carti’s sheer presence is enough to bring a grown human being to tears. Carti breaks gender norms, bends societal standards for artistry, and most importantly, loves his fans. He is someone young children should look up to, someone who they should idol. He is a modern day rockstar, a man that children and adults alike love. Playboi Carti is a musical genius, and exposing him to MHS students in person can only create joy, inspiration, motivation, and inner peace. Carti is also an American, making him a perfect candidate to sing our National Anthem
