For the first time in Monomoy Regional High School's existence, a dress code has been put in place for Homecoming which is demeaning and offensive to the female students at the school. Instead of understanding how this impacts our students, it was decided that they would be "creating communication that clarifies our message on dress code". Monomoy Regional High School's female students should be supported and empowered in how they want to express themselves, not made to feel like their Homecoming dresses are more important than standing up for our opinion.
