Our two mischievous dogs decided to venture into our new neighbours backyard, by going through 2 rotten fence pails in our backyard. Our neighbours then called Animal Rescue as they "feared for their lives". Kerser was then seized by the Monash City Council and is being held at Burwood RSPCA. As you can imagine I have been quite upset and actually very distraught at times, especially when I had a meeting with two council members and they gave me the option to hand my dog over to them which in turn they would 'humanly euthanize' my poor Kerser. I have decided to go to VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) in the attempt that the the court will over turn the council's decision so I can bring my dog home.
