Change minecraft bedrock edition redstone to be the same as Java edition

Change minecraft bedrock edition redstone to be the same as Java edition
The Issue
It's clear to see that in minecraft a major factor between both editions of the game is redstone. Redstone is a complex and wonderful edition to Java edition of minecraft. Yes, the Java edition. The reason I say for the Java edition is simple. Java edition redstone has many more characteristics and functions then the bedrock edition.
What the reasons we want bedrock to have the same redstone as minecraft.
One tick pulses in Java edition are a key aspect in redstone contraptions. The fact that it allows a sticky piston to leave the block and not retract it not only means we can convert a pulse input into a constant input, it means we are able to make two-way flying machines.
Redstone ticks and tickspeed related aspects are also affected in minecraft bedrock edition. In bedrock edition we have to make use of 4 redstone repeaters to create a double piston extender, whereas in Java edition you use only 2 redstone repeaters, thus making your builds considerably cheaper and possibly more compact and neat.
Another reason we request this is because as a console player we make use of bedrock edition for cross platform gaming. To connect us with others on different devices, where as most YouTubers can afford a PC which can run minecraft more then adequately and have no need to use a console. This by default makes Java edition the optimal edition. Therefore making redstone tutorials obsolete for bedrock players.
Please Mojang. We are not asking you to re-write the entire game. We are simply asking that bedrock edition minecraft has the redstone mechanics as Java edition allowing us to understand redstone tutorials and feel like a Java player.
