My name is Mr.Bhagwan Singh Sengar and my family is residing on the address 138/2 juhi lal colony,kanpur nagar.

On 20 august 2016 a 10 yr old boy name Rehan murdered by some unknown person and the police was informed by Gupta as the body was behind his house and as media told that boy's head was kept on a brick.

During that period of time my whole family was at home as we were searching for some paper of KDA and meanwhile my elder and younger son Jai/mohit was completing his work he got via freelancer websites.

we heard shouting of people in neighborhood and we checked out that what happened,both of my son and my wife came outside and was looking that people were shouting that a boy's dead body is there ,we were shocked and shouted that have you informed police Gupta said "i tried to call but it wasn't received"then i said go to police station then and  tell them about this.

Police started grabbing peoples and kept them in Police station for about 1 week ,police tried to focus on Hindu peoples only and beaten up brutally to get some info but they didn't get anything ,after that on 26 aug 2016 @5:40 pm approx Police came at home and asked for both of my son at that time they were sleeping because they work late night and as i am shifted in Delhi so they have to manage household works too.They came outside and said yes what happened ,Police said they wanna ask few question my son replied ok sir ask but police told they wanna ask in front of CO my son accepted and gone to CO office there they asked few questions and let my elder son go for home but kept in custody to my younger son my elder son Rohit asked how much time you will take to clerify Police said we will take more time ,Rohit accepted and waited outside Police station where Police refused and told him to go for home and its not ok to be here.

he accepted and go home or a while and since that time Mohit was unavailable at kidwai nagar thana and the location was unknown to any of us,we asked let me see him once and you can continue your questioning process but they refused .

From 26 Aug 16 to 30 Aug 16 they brutally tortured to make him accept murder but when he didn't as he did nothing and was working on his laptop during that period of time ,how would be able to answer these questions ,CO Crime,So AK Singh,SO Harishankar Mishra,SP South Sanjay Gupta and other Policemens Brutally tortured him and kept him without food for 3 days.

sir he is a student of BCA 2 sem ,Graphic Designer(MAAC),working with US company Fiverr and is a kind of boy who believes in Hard work and is prepairing for IAS inside jail even and when he told he is prepairing for IAS why he will do such kind of rude things and will spoil his career,Police started torturing even more after hearing this.

I know what is the procedure and what kind of Policemens are there in Deptt so in terms of Intelligence i know them.

They kept for 4 days and on 31 Police sent him to jail without confirm proof.On 1 sept 2016 the whole city started shouting over Police how can they do such ,why they trapped an innocent student in this case ,whole media questioned police what was the need of opening fake case,Huge questions was bombarded over them and Police have nothing to say on it because everyone know that my son is innocent ,i can challenge anyone .

In case of my son please do Narco test of SO AK Singh and SO Harishankar Mishra  and my son the whole truth will come out.

i met my son when he explained how brutally they tortured and were forcing to accept crime made me cry.

Sir,

-We tried to met 3 times to SSP he denied ,being a defense person i was rudely treated.

-We tried to meet CO Atish Kumar Singh he denied 

-We tried to meet SO Harishankar Mishra,he denied 

sir after getting refusal i felt that i shouldn't work for these kind of peoples in INDIA,they treated me like i am father of a real culprit. They said tell us "where the blood come from" we replied that we dont know because upto the time pant was at home there was nothing but when you took whole clothes and all that belongs to mohit you then you have my son his clothes and all that things which can be used by you as proofs as you didn't gave us any receiving and even you didn't made a video or like that to justify these things because we are not that much poor that we will put a pant in our wardrobe that contains blood and it must visible to us but we never face these things. 

sir we want CBI enquiry as these policemens will not open this case as they will loose their job because of it.

Hope you understand and you will definitely take action against these Policemens and will call us for support in further investigation @9670603824,we need govt help here.
