Le problème
La ligne d'autobus 33 Langelier a son terminus sud coin Emile-Legrand et Notre-Dame le jour, et coin Hector-Barsalou et de Boucherville à partir de 19h en soirée.Ces dernières années, plusieurs jeunes familles ont emménagé dans le quartier enclavé Haig-Beauclerk que traverse la ligne 33 pour atteindre son terminus sud.
Son parc Beauclerk est fréquenté par de nombreux enfants et leurs parents.
Plusieurs enfants circulent à pied, en vélo, en trottinette et en skateboard aux abords du parc et pour s'y rendre.
La circulation de transit des véhicules lourds est interdite dans l'enclave Haig-Beauclerk.
La circulation des autobus en transit dans l'enclave Haig-Beauclerk qu'entraîne le terminus 33 sud de jour représente un réel danger pour les enfants et les résidents qui circulent à pied.
Plusieurs autobus circulent hors trajet en empruntant la rue Beauclerk, très étroite, et longent le parc et son accès aux structures de jeux des jeunes enfants le long sur Lafontaine pour descendre Emile-Legrand vers le terminus 33 sud.
Après 19h, le trajet 33 vers le terminus sud longe plutôt Haig et Notre-Dame est pour atteindre son terminus sur Hector- Barsalou, et aucun autobus ne circule alors dans l'enclave sur Lafontaine et Émile-Legrand.
La sécurité des enfants est primordiale.
Nous demandons donc à la STM de mettre le trajet de soir de la 33 sud incluant son terminus sur Hector-Barsalou en tout temps, afin d'assurer la sécurité des enfants et résidents de ce quartier enclavé.

In recent years, several young families have moved into the Haig-Beauclerk residential area, which bus line 33 drives through to reach its south terminus.
Its Beauclerk park is frequented by many children and their parents.
Several children travel on foot, by bicycle, on scooters and on skateboards around the park and to get there.
Transit traffic of heavy vehicles is prohibited in the Haig-Beauclerk residential area.
Transiting STM bus traffic in this residential area during the day represents a real danger for children and residents traveling on foot.
Several transit buses drive off route along narrow Beauclerk and the park and its access to young children's playground on Lafontaine to reach the 33 south terminus on Emile-Legrand.
After 7pm, the 33 bus line goes along Haig and Notre-Dame east to reach its terminus on Hector-Barsalou instead, and no bus circulates in the residential area.
The safety of children is a priority.
We therefore ask the STM to use the evening route of the 33 south including its terminus on Hector-Barsalou at all times, in order to ensure the safety of the children and residents of the Haig-Beauclerk residential area.
