​Develop Grassroots Facilities: Construct accessible, high-quality football pitches in various districts of Kabul to ensure every talented player has a place to train.
​Establish Talent Academies: Create a professional framework to identify and nurture young athletes, providing them with the coaching and resources necessary to compete at a higher level.
​Transparent Governance: Ensure that funds allocated for sports development are used effectively and transparently for the benefit of the football community.
