I think it would be a great idea for Mayor Parkers Administration to implement mobile showers in designated areas around Kensington for People who are experiencing homelessness in the region. They are still Citizens of Philadelphia and nonetheless deserve to be treated with Dignity despite their circumstances. Please see below for some examples.
