July 1st Mobile Medical Response done away with Zoll RescueNet and replaced it with the “Better” alternative Traumasoft. The new system is difficult to navigate through and is just a pain to deal with. A 20-30 minute report now takes around an hour to complete. I can list a bunch of other problems with the system but I will run out of space. Other Ems agencies that used Traumasoft have spoken out about how displeased they were in the software. As of the launch date I have had multiple road staff along with dispatchers say they aren’t fond of the new system. With enough signatures I’m hoping that MMR Realizes that their employees aren’t happy with the system and possibly reconsiders going back to Zoll ReacueNet.
