Parking has been an issue throughout since BKC has started as a commercial hub. The parking charges have been revised upwards many a times. Parking charges for 4 wheelers increased from Rs. 60 to Rs. 180 and for 2 wheelers from Rs. 25 to Rs. 75. This also means for most of us the cost of traveling including parking will be between 8% to 20% of the salary.

This is an organized loot, extorting money from office goers since they do not have an option to park anywhere. How can parking charges be increased threefold, this is unreasonable.

These parking charges should be restored to their original levels immediately.

Increasing parking charges at the time of covid especially when are no or very limited means of transportation available for a common man is giving more trouble to everyone traveling to work for their livelihood.
