Many UTM students have reported technology and accessibility issues with the new digital U-Pass. The new app is often very slow, sometimes failing to load at all. When large groups of UTM students are all boarding a single bus, this can cause significant delays. For many students, the digital U-Pass is a clear downgrade from the old physical pass. 

Students should be able to use a pass that they pay for. 

We want MiWay and the UTMSU to allow each student to choose between the physical U-Pass and the digital one.
