Cancel US Code section 230
Social media has become the single most relevant form of central communication between the citizens of the United States. The information exchanged through social media are the thoughts and comments of the individual people of the United States. The thoughts and comments are being censored by the operators of the various platforms there by discriminating and violating many users First Amendment rights of the US constitution. These Social Media platforms are violating one of the most important freedoms of the United States.
Freedom of Speech!
Section 230 of the US communications Act has allowed the Social Media companies to be shielded from the consequences of violating citizens rights. As Social media attracts more and more users, we must protect our rights.
We respectfully request the cancellation of US Code section 230 as it applies to all relevant social media platforms so that all American's freedom of Speech is not violated.
