It's OBVIOUS. There are too many animals that are not spayed or neutered, and the population continues to grow. Many of these animals are not wanted, taken care of or loved. Many are abused. I love animals, and wish there were more "angels" who could take in strays and/or abused/neglected animals. I'm doing all I can right now. I literally grieve and cry for these poor helpless dogs, cats and any and ALL kinds of animals who need help and cannot get it for themselves. If ALL Veterinarians would donate some of their time and work to help these animals, the costs would be spread out and do-able, would it not? I wish I could do more, but I am on disability. If I had a fortune and could buy a huge ranch, I would empty as many animal shelters as possible. Please help me start this petition. Thank you.
