COMES NOW, the undersigned and by ascription of our signature, do acknowledge our full support for Anthony Cleveland's #518158 Petition to have his sentence commuted to a term of 30 years. We the undersigned asserts in support of this petition that: Anthony had just turned 18 years of age approximately 75 days before the crime was committed. Anthony has two co-defendants who were both charged with 2nd degree murder, while Anthony was charged the harshest. Anthony's co-defendants were given sentences of 3 years (Eugene) 2nd 20 years (Arizona). Both of who have been released from incarceration, while Anthony remains confined for his role in the crime, which led to the death of the victim and have been confined for 27 consecutive years. Anthony was sentenced to life without parole. The testimony established that Anthony was an accomplice to the robbery of the victim and there was never an agreement between him and the co-defendants to kill the victim. Based upon the foregoing we request that Anthony life sentence be commuted to 30 years in the interest of justice.
