After listening to Gov Parson discuss a statewide mask mandate and what it could lead to, it made me realize all the other public health edicts that have overreached. I believe Parson should use his power to get rid of public health orders requiring:

1: Employees to wash hands before returning to work - Soon they could start telling us what brand of soap has to be in the bathrooms and we're responsible enough to make that decision

2: No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service - It's my right to choose what I want to wear and where to wear it. I can take those risks if I choose to

3: No smoking in public places - If others don't like it, they can leave. I shouldn't have to change my habits for someone elses health. This could lead down a very intrusive path

4: Proper food handling - Restaurants can decide the safest way for them to handle food. We shouldn't dictate and add cost. Having health inspectors come in only slows the business down and causes undo stress on the employees and owners

5: Controlled Substances - Everyone can make a decision for themselves and knows the risks when taking any sort of drug. We should follow in the footsteps of OR and take our rights back and decriminalize all drugs in our state
