Kim Gardner circuit attorney in St Louis, MO is violating the civil rights of Missouri citizens (the McCloskeys) who defended their lives and property against violent rioters and threats against their lives.

Kim Gardner has since confiscated their firearms and is planning to prosecute them. This is in violation of their civil rights and in violation of the Missouri castle doctrine. This specifically violates:

Section 563.031 (use of physical force in defense of others)
Section 563.041 (use of physical force in defense of property)

She is abusing the power of her office to target citizens she disagrees with. We are asking the Missouri AG to bring charges against Kim Gardner for this violation and to remove her from office and bring her to trial for civil rights violations.

It is time for Missouri to defend her citizens and for the citizens of Missouri to stand against this kind of tyrannical abuse of power by a lone person holding an office she can abuse.
