On Tuesday 8/14/12 while assisting his family member (something that James loved to do) the St. Louis County Detective arrested James Poe age 34 stating he robbed a man. The St. Louis Police jumped on James Poe and arrested him with his daughter and nephew dreadfully watching. There is no evidence or witness that point to James Poe as being the person who performed the robbery. On the day of the robbery James had multiple witnesses that knew where he was. HE HAS AN ALIBI. The only thing that the police have is him entering the complex, helping his nieces and nephews and exiting the complex. James is now being held in the St. Louis County Justice center charged with 1st degree robbery and armed criminal action. He is waiting on his scheduled preliminary hearing. If convicted, James can serve 30 years to life. The only reason why they arrested him was because he was the only "male figure" outside. The detectives are trying to pin this terrible crime on James. They have even manipulated the video and pictures. James is a victim of a vicious and brutal legal system hell-bent on punishing this young man. He is a devoted father that loves and adores his children. His kids miss their father and will like for him to come home. James Poe has giving his life over to GOD and has been a loyal dedicated man to his family and his community. He volunteer to be an adult mentor and he assist with community organizations.
