The Mississippi state flag still has remnants of the traitors that fought against the United States of America engraved. The flag in the top left corner has the stars and bars of the confederate flag. The confederacy lasted only five years and the flag is a hate symbol that targets African Americans and is a painful reminder of the history of slavery. I demand that this flag be replaced with a different flag that constitutes inclusion of all. The SEC conference agrees that until this flag is changed, there will be no championship events held in the state of Mississippi. The time is now to be on the right side of history by changing your flag.
