Lavell Thomas, incarcerated 25 years. To Life imprisonment for Capital murder. Which under the statue 47-7-3 (f) he has been denied parole despite the court & the jury sentence to life with parole since he was 19 years old.
Since his incarceration he has has no institutional record of violence . Thomas has been found guilty by an (85% white) Union County Mississippi jury. Despite the enormous amount of evidence thats incredible to miss. Here in are exhibits of the facts and not the theory that he's sentence of. I am asking for help with reopening the case & needs investigating.There is no actual proof or evidence by the state scientifically to back up their case, absolutely none & he's doing a death sentence.
Facts: The Court (Judge ) states Trans_617, There's no evidence of a crime about to be committed from the defendant or any law official. Fact_ In the opening argument the state states : I don't have any proof.
Fact: Ballistics test fired the gun introduced into evidence & there are projectiles (bullets ) that didn't match the weapon introduced into evidence as the murder weapon. The crime lab stated they bare class characteristics & could any gun & couldn't those bullets were fired by the weapon.
Fact_ Dr. Steven T.Haynes, never gave a report on the gunshot wound to the back bareing the identity of the projectile that killed the person involved. Where's that report? It doesn't exist.
Fact_ a Police officer on duty witnessed the victim talking with the 2 other people twice & that everything seemed okay.
When asked did the victim look like he was in any kind of trouble the officer said no
they were just talking. Carridine, wrote his mother the same thing in a letter before he was offered a plea in exchange for his testimony.
The officers version along with 6 other witnesses were ignored as if it was just without merit.
Fact_ The Codefendants, story changed several times & it was admitted on the stand to the court that they'd been lying to authorities. This is only part of the story. Please help right this wrong!
