This petition is to show the Mississippi Department of Education that Mississippi parents would like safe virtual schooling options for their children during Covid 19. The current strain of the virus is affecting the unvaccinated and vulnerable at a higher rate. Most of our children haven't hit the threshold of being able to be vaccinated. Our hospitals are at capacity and our teachers and children deserve a safer option. Mississippi Department of Education should implement virtual learning options at all schools to help slow the spread and keep our children and teachers safe.
