We respectfully urge the Government of India to launch the "National Mission – Mission Zero Road Deaths India – 2035" as a nationwide public movement dedicated to saving lives.

Launch a nationwide National Road Accident Reduction Campaign with clear targets, measurable outcomes, and coordinated implementation across all states and union territories.
2. Road Safety Education

3. Improvement of Accident-Prone Locations
Identify and immediately improve accident-prone Black Spots on all national and state highways through scientific road engineering and safety audits.

- Strong penalties for using mobile phones while driving.
- Mandatory enforcement of helmet and seat belt regulations.
5. Adoption of Modern Technology

6. Safer Road Infrastructure

विषय: "राष्ट्रीय मिशन – Zero Road Deaths India 2035 प्रारम्भ करने हेतु निवेदन।
माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,
सादर प्रणाम।
भारत आज विश्व की अग्रणी अर्थव्यवस्थाओं में स्थान बना रहा है, लेकिन सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में होने वाली मृत्यु एवं गंभीर चोटें आज भी देश के सामने एक गंभीर चुनौती हैं। प्रतिवर्ष लाखों लोग सड़क दुर्घटनाओं का शिकार होते हैं और हजारों परिवार अपने प्रियजनों को खो देते हैं। इनमें से अनेक दुर्घटनाएँ बेहतर सड़क सुरक्षा, जागरूकता, प्रभावी कानून पालन और त्वरित चिकित्सा व्यवस्था से रोकी जा सकती हैं।
हम भारत सरकार से विनम्र अनुरोध करते हैं कि "राष्ट्रीय मिशन – (Mission Zero Road Deaths India – 2035)" को एक राष्ट्रीय जनआंदोलन के रूप में प्रारम्भ किया जाए।
हमारी प्रमुख मांगें
1. राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा मिशन
देशभर में "राष्ट्रीय सड़क दुर्घटना न्यूनीकरण अभियान" चलाया जाए।
2. सड़क सुरक्षा शिक्षा
विद्यालयों, महाविद्यालयों एवं ड्राइविंग प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में सड़क सुरक्षा शिक्षा अनिवार्य की जाए।
3. दुर्घटना संभावित स्थलों का सुधार
राष्ट्रीय एवं राज्य राजमार्गों पर दुर्घटना संभावित (Black Spots) स्थानों की पहचान कर उनका शीघ्र सुधार किया जाए।
4. कानून का सख्त पालन
तेज गति पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण।
शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने वालों पर कठोर कार्रवाई।
मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग करते हुए वाहन चलाने पर सख्त दंड।
हेलमेट एवं सीट बेल्ट नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन।
5. आधुनिक तकनीक का उपयोग
AI आधारित ट्रैफिक निगरानी, स्मार्ट कैमरे एवं डिजिटल ट्रैफिक प्रबंधन प्रणाली लागू की जाए।
6. बेहतर सड़क अवसंरचना
सड़क संकेतक, स्ट्रीट लाइट, पैदल पार पथ, स्पीड कंट्रोल उपाय एवं सुरक्षित सड़क डिज़ाइन विकसित किए जाएँ।
7. त्वरित आपातकालीन चिकित्सा
सभी राष्ट्रीय एवं राज्य राजमार्गों पर तेज़ एम्बुलेंस सेवा तथा आधुनिक ट्रॉमा सेंटर विकसित किए जाएँ।
8. जनभागीदारी
देशभर में "सड़क सुरक्षा स्वयंसेवक अभियान" प्रारम्भ कर नागरिकों को इस अभियान से जोड़ा जाए।
