Derek Chauvin tortured and murdered George Floyd in broad daylight on city streets. Recently, he was allowed out of prison on 1 Million Dollars bail, and now Judge Peter A. Cahill has issued an order allowing Chauvin to leave the state before he stands trial, citing fears for his safety. If Chauvin wants to remain safe, he should remain in prison-- and under no circumstances should he be allowed to leave the state. Call on the Minnesota Judicial Branch and the MN 4th Judicial District to reverse this order and require Chauvin to remain in the state until his trial. 

In light of what is occurring currently with Kyle Rittenhouse, it's obvious that this can be used as a way to escape already overdue justice, and that is absolutely untenable. Put Derek Chauvin back in jail or require him to remain in the state.
