Minneapolis Mayor Frey has been a complete void of leadership during the rioting, looting, violence, and burning in Minneapolis.  We need a leader!  He is definitely not that and never has been. 

Let's recall him immediately and get our City back. 

Per the Governor's press conference on Friday, May 29th, 2020, the Mayor sat and waited and didn't not request the National Guard to come into Mpls.  So, at 8-10pm on Thursday, May 28th, the Governor had seen and waited enough and made the call to overrule Mayor Frey.  The Governor then ordered in the National Guard late on Thursday night.

All the while, the 3rd Precinct was being overrun and other Precincts attacked.  The Mayor was doing nothing to stop the violence and attacks. 

170+ buildings burned or destroyed.  Countless lives ruined.  Mayor did nothing. 

He waited until Friday, May 29th at approximately 3pm to finally issue a curfew.  2 days too late. 

ANY leader would have done far more.
