The Issue
On October 5, 2013, a horrific crime occurred in Zivinice (Bosnia and Herzegovina) where animal activists found a puppy with heavy head injuries which can be seen here:

The cause of the injury was an explosive that blew the dog’s head. Due to the severe injuries Little Angel had to be euthanized.
We demand that the perpetrators of this crime are caught and punished with maximum penalty.
