Students in Universities of Afghanistan are not given proper attention. Full-time lecturers only teach at the end of weekends and also have another full-time jobs. Almost all of tese lecturers have Master's degree which they were funded by government with the restriction of teaching for certain amount of time in the respective university, however, teacher after completing masters have returned and are rather working in companies than teach. This petition is for government to avoid lecturers from acquiring a full-time job while being a full-time lecturer.
