Videos containing hate speech and other anti-national sentiments are spread through TikTok. As much as I like to stay neutral on the YouTube vs TikTok battle, it has been made clear that TikTok serves no good and productive purpose as compared to YouTube for the youth (Emphasis on youth as most of their observable userbase are under the age bracket of 30-40). To add to it, TikTok told content moderators to suppress videos from users who were too ugly or poor and asked them to censor certain political speech in live streams. If certain users or "Stars" as they like to call it on the TikTok platform were not enough, the company's content filtration parameters encourage more and more discrimination, racism, and hate speech.
